Place and Time
The 14th Lithuanian Sports' Games (further the Games) will take place on 15-16th of June 2019 in the sport centre of Duffel, Rooienberg 54, 2570 Duffel.
The tennis tournament will take place at De Pollepel tennis club (www.tc-depollepel.be), Naalstraat 43C, 2570 Duffel. Update on 11th June: Depollepel tennis club bancrupted and the tournament will takle place in the Heiveld Tennis (http://heiveld.com/) club, Dreefvelden 1, 2860, Sint Katelijne - Waver.
The sailing regatta will take place on 9rd June, Sunday, in Arnemuiden, the Netherlands. More info is here (in Lithuanian).
There is a Duffel's train station nearby. The sports centre is 5 minutes' walk from the train station.
Baltic countries' citizens or their origin persons and their family members, and the guests, living and working in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are invited to participate in the Games. Like the previous year, we are inviting Latvian and Estonian communities in Belgium. This year we are waiting guests from UK and Duffel.

The participants and the spectators of the Games have to register by 12th June 2019 23:59. Afterwards the registration is going to be stopped.
The participants and the spectators, who are 13 years or older on the first day of the Games, have to pay the Games' participant fee, which partially covers the organisational expenses. The participant fee is 11 EUR paid during registration or on arrival in cash.
Non-registered people pay 15 EUR on arrival, but organisers don't guarantee places in the tournaments.
This year the dinner menu includes the cold beetroot soup better known as "Šaltibarščiai" (or pinky soup) and the zeppelin ("Cepelinai). Dinner price - 16 EUR / full portion (soup, 2 zeppelins) and 9 EUR / half portion (soup, 1 zeppelin). We kindly ask you to book the dinner by 11th June 2019 11:00.
The non-booked dinner on the spot is going to be 25 EUR! Limited availability.
The participants of the teams (except children football and women basketball players) have to register a team a team by 12th June 23:59.
Registration for Duffel residents
This year the Lithuanian community in Belgium invites Duffel's residents to take part in the Games. The Games are meant to celebrate not only sports but also the spirit of togetherness, friendship and solidarity.
Men and women, boys and girls compete in basketball, tennis, badminton, table tennis (ping-pong), checkers, chess, track and field (running, long/high jumps, shot put), swimming, football, volleyball, pétanque and family-relays.
This year we would like to organize 7 nations basketball and football tournaments. Basketball (4 players in the team, 3x3 format) will take place on Saturday; football (7-11 players in the team, playing on a half-pitch of synthetic field) - on Sunday. We invite teams from Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian communities in Belgium, Duffel’s teams, expecting Lithuanians’ teams from Luxembourg, the Netherlands and UK!
Registration for Duffel residents. Please be aware that places are limited, first registered first serve principle applies. Don't forget to taste Lithuanian national food by booking the dinner. Same conditions and deadlines as above apply.

Additional contest and services
We expect a significant number of participants and guests at the Games. An information centre will be constantly open providing information and helping to find the venues of different sports. Please do not hesitate to contact the information centre or the organisers, who will wear specific Games' t-shirts, in case you have any questions.
T-shirts and other Games' gear will be on sale at the information centre. Duffel's swimming pool will be open on Saturday as usual and is at your disposal for a small fee. The children under the age of 12 are going to be let in the swimming pool only with adults. The pool will be open on Sunday for competition.
During basketball break, a competition of fouls and three-pointers will be organised. Everyone could participate and registration is done on the same day (do not have to register in advance). The children will have relay and other games organised just for them.
A bar will be open in the sports centre. It will serve refreshments, snacks, and quick meals.
As last year, the village bakery from Radviliskis (a small town in the North of Lithuania) is going to sell Lithuanian products. This ear we also expect to sell Latvian ice cream. Mmmm ...
There is no emergency centre/first aid point in the Sports centre. We ask parents to take care of their children security and discipline. All participants and guests must have health insurance. Safe games and entertainment are of all participants' concern.
We ask parents to take care of their children security and discipline. The parents are responsible for their children's behaviour all the time, and are materially responsible for any damaged inventory in the centre.
We ask all participants to follow safe conduct rules, not to forget to be attentive to each other, friendliness and tolerance.
