A short summary of rules...

General comment regarding age of participants

There is no clear definition between kids, children and adults. Depending on maturity and skills they could participate in one or another category. General guidelines are:

  • Kids - the youngest participants, 9 years old and younger; occasionally age sub-categories are applied for them (example: running)
  • Children -  from 10 to approximately 13
  • Adults – children from 13/14 usually compete with adults
